Welcome to my fitness blog!!

Hey there!

My name is Xiao Yao and I can always appreciate a great workout! I have been spending time at the gym regularly since 2007. Welcome to my fitness blog. I'll be posting my thoughts about my workout experiences, as well as any knowledge I pickup as I progress in my workouts!

Besides working out, I also develop applications for the iOS and this blog is named after my first two healthcare and fitness applications. If you're interested, you can check them out on my website or look for them on the App Store!
